Simple, Fun, No Cook Breakfast Ideas Your Kids Will Love!

When your child is a fussy eater it can be hard to get them to finish what a meal.

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day so it’s essential to try and get some goodness into them and set them up for the day ahead.

Spending an extra 5 mins prepping your childs breakfast to make it aesthetically pleasing, can sometimes be all that’s needed to get them trying new things.

I love the idea of separating food so your child can have some involvement in preparing their breakfast. For example pouring their own milk or spreading their own jelly. It gives the child a sense of independence and they’re much more likely to eat what they’ve helped to prepare.


Try adding chocolate to a healthy breakfast for a fun balanced diet.


Creating animals with breakfast items is super fun and only takes an extra 5 minutes of prep time, give it a try and see if your child eats more!


Create a ‘picky platter’ type of breakfast. Offer different types of food so your child is much more likely to eat something. If it’s pleasing to the eye, who knows, they might surprise you!
